Chris Baskin: Tea Pot

This tea pots soda fired glaze is what originally attracted me towards it. The woven caramels and iron swirls, remind me of cinnamon in coffee or astrological snap shots. One concern that I would have is the room between the peak of the lid and apex of the handle. However, I do appreciate how the raised lip incapsulates the rim of the lid.
