Ryan's Artist Statment

I am a maker of functional wares.  I believe that the items we use on a personal and intimate basis everyday shape our lives as much as the memories we carry in our minds.  By creating and using functional wares I am able to connect with people I have never meet and share and enjoy what it is to be human.
